HAYAD - Electronic Grievance Service

It is an electronic system that allows SCFHS’s clients and beneficiaries to submit a request to review the final administrative decision issued against any of them, which is in return for specific fees that are fully refundable in the event of a reversal of the administrative decision issued by SCFHS. To apply for this service, you must have previously submitted your objection via Tawasul electronic service, and the ticket has been closed.
